Temporary Learning Support Assistant

Prospero Teaching is recruiting an experienced Temporary Learning Support Assistant to work with a student with complex needs in Wigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, enabling the student to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the student with daily tasks, such as personal care and mobility
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the student's independence and self-confidence
- Maintain effective communication with the student, teachers, and other support staff
Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with students with complex needs
- Safeguarding certificate
