About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Project Manager to join our team at Design Build Search in Canary Wharf, London. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Building Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all building services activities are coordinated with other construction activities from specification and procurement through to installation, testing and commissioning. You will also be responsible for managing the production of ME coordinated drawings in conjunction with the CSA Works and managing the production/approval of technical submittals/samples from the MEPS subcontractors. Additionally, you will coordinate with utilities companies in a timely manner to ensure programme compliance and monitor and track progress of the M&E install ensuring adequate resources are consistently provided to meet the programme.

The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Building Services or a related discipline and 5 years' construction experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Services Coordinator. They will have a proven track record of seeing projects through to completion and an understanding of design requirements and clients' briefs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and deliver results-oriented service to the team.
