The Role

As a Rail Replacement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the movement of passengers and freight during times of disruption. This will involve working closely with our operations team to ensure that buses and trains run on schedule, making announcements, and carrying out safety duties. You'll also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
