**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Stock Management Professional to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, and basic IT skills. You will also possess a full driving license, be willing to travel, and work without immediate supervision. A salary of £12.94 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.39 holiday pay) + enhancements is offered for this role.

As a Senior Stock Management Professional, you will ensure that correct procedures and processes are followed, exceptional customer service standards are delivered on all sites, and stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame. You will also monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
