Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated midwife to join our experienced and friendly team in Spalding. As a Community Midwife, you will work with a welcoming group of midwives, providing care throughout the pregnancy continuum and benefiting from continuous care with your own caseload of patients.

About the Role
  • Work with a supportive group of midwives to provide high-quality care to patients
  • Develop your skills and expertise in midwifery practice, with opportunities for ongoing professional development
  • Contribute to the delivery of gold-standard midwifery care, upholding our role as advocates and champions of women
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide antenatal, postnatal, and intrapartum care to patients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in clinical audit and research to improve midwifery practice
Requirements
  • Registered Midwife with Active UK NMC registration
  • Degree in Midwifery or equivalent
  • NIPE trained
  • Ambition to succeed and skilled in multi-disciplinary team working
