Job Description: Network and Systems Support Engineer is required to provide technical assistance to staff, maintain IT equipment, patch servers, and contribute to the smooth operation of the company's IT systems at One Big Circle Ltd in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to colleagues, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT systems, procedures, and user requests.
  • Assist in enforcing IT security policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux) and familiarity with hardware and network components.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other IT staff.
  • Familiarity with AIVR technology system used by thousands of people in the rail industry.
