Job Overview:
Street Football Wales is a charitable organization that aims to promote social good through football. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to join our team as a Trustee. As a key member of the board, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, community development, or social impact, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing its work, managing risk, and establishing policies and procedures to govern organizational activity.

The salary for this position is approximately £22,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Trustee, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that is passionate about making a difference in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include setting the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing its work, managing risk, and establishing policies and procedures to govern organizational activity. You will also be responsible for ensuring good governance practice is in place and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in governance, community development, or social impact, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be able to commit the time required to fulfill the role of Trustee and help the organization meet its strategic objectives and demonstrate impact.
