Account Growth Specialist Job Description

**Role**
We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our client services team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive exceptional ROI for our clients. You will have worked in a similar role for at least 3-4 years and have B2B experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and delivering annual strategic marketing plans for 2-3 clients
- Building and establishing new relationships with clients and internal teams
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and meet revenue targets
- Developing engaging briefs for the creative team
- Monitoring quality and deadlines

**Requirements & Skills**
- Confidence in approach with customers and the creative team
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
