The Role
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for hitting daily targets and KPIs, growing relationships with new and existing customers, negotiating payment terms, and developing new business opportunities.
Job Description
- Hitting daily sales targets and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growing relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits and effective communication
- Negotiating payment terms and ensuring timely payments from clients
- Developing new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential leads
- Client visits and quotations
- Competitor analysis and market research
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
