Charity Shop Manager


About the Role:

We are looking for a Charity Shop Manager to support our shop management team with the day-to-day running of the shop in Hemel Hempstead. As one of the store's friendly faces, you will help provide an exceptional customer experience and raise funds for charity work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet donors, receive donations, and sign up to GiftAid
  • Sort, label, and price stock
  • Greet and help customers
  • Serve customers on the till (training provided)
  • Maintain shop displays, re-stock, and perform light cleaning duties
  • Cover the shop in the absence of paid staff when trained and confident
