Job Title: Enlightened Assistant - Temporary Position

Job Description:

We are seeking temporary staff to work on the Enlightened winter light trail, directing visitors, watching over installations, and ensuring the safety of all those visiting Enlightened, alongside the Enlightened team and management.

Responsibilities:

• Directing visitors and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
• Watching over installations and reporting any issues
• Working alongside the Enlightened team and management to ensure a successful event
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to visitor queries

Requirements:

• Ability to work on a casual basis, including weekends and bank holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable groups and adhering to safer working practices
