CV-Library is recruiting an Airport Handyman - Experienced Required to work on a contract basis at Heathrow airport. As a handyman, you will be responsible for various tasks, including building fabric activities and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will undertake building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating, to the highest level of service.
  2. Accurate and timely completion of work-related documentation, including logging inspections reports and remedial work.
  3. Performing reactive and planned maintenance jobs and projects efficiently.
  4. Carrying out ceiling tile repairs and replacements.
  5. Other building and installation works as required.
Requirements
  • Essential experience in a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
  • A CSCS card holder.
  • Willingness to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
