Business Operations Coordinator

Are you an experienced Business Operations Coordinator looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd.
This role involves providing administrative support to Financial Advisers, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, use their initiative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £32,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Use CRM systems to effectively manage the business workflow
- Issue letters of authority (LOAs) to providers
- Chase financial institutions for information
- Draft and proof-read documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Financial Planning role
- Exceptional written English and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work additional hours when required
