At Russell Taylor Group Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Flintshire. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform planned maintenance and repair tasks on electrical and mechanical systems to increase equipment dependability.
  2. Monitor equipment operation and collaborate with the plant engineering team to identify recurring issues.
  3. Develop maintenance schedules, critical spares, OEM, SLA's, and service visits with the plant engineer.
  4. Ensure legal compliance and work with the plant engineer to maintain regulatory requirements.
  5. Carry out installation work, including modifying existing equipment and installing new equipment.
  6. Adhere to health & safety, quality, and environmental policies at all times.
  7. Communicate effectively within the engineering team to ensure comprehensive shift handovers.
  8. Assist the team with implementing new machinery or upgrades to existing machinery.
Requirements:
  1. HNC engineering or equivalent qualification.
  2. Previous experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated systems.
  3. Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  4. At least 3 years' experience in an engineering role.
  5. Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
