Job Title: Guillotine Operative

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Guillotine Operative to join our client\u2019s team in Wem. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 5-tonne gantry crane, using measuring equipment, plasma and gas-cutting materials, and monitoring the quality of completed components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a 5-tonne gantry crane
  • Using measuring equipment
  • Plasma and gas-cutting materials
  • Monitoring the quality of completed components

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Gantry crane license (training will be provided)

What We Offer:

  • Starting rate of £12.79 to £14.00 per hour
  • 7.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday, early finish Friday
  • Overtime paid at T1/3 in the week, T1/2 Saturday & Double time Sunday
  • Temporary-Permanent position
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays (once full-time)
  • Overalls and uniforms will be provided
