Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at CityFibre Limited. In this role, you will provide commercial and contractual expertise to city build teams, overseeing large capital expenditure projects and building strong relationships with build partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Valuing contractor's work and certifying interim and final payments
  • Assessing and authorising submission of project variations
  • Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
  • Providing commercial and contractual expertise to city build teams
  • Building and maintaining contractual relationships with build partners

Requirements:
  • Solid experience in commercial management and procuring contractors
  • Working knowledge of NEC3 ECC forms
  • Experience overseeing large capital expenditure projects
  • Skills in Excel and data management tools
  • Experience with using spreadsheets to interpret and collate financial data
  • Presentation and report writing skills
  • Ideal background in construction, telecoms, civil engineering, or utilities
