Job Description

The successful candidate will have a wealth of previous site management experience, gained building residential apartments, retirement living, extra-care homes, or student accommodation. They will also have sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and be a qualified First Aider at Work.

You will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Living's developments, working closely with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives. A strong understanding of budgeting and cost control is essential, as well as the ability to influence and motivate others.
