Classroom Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our team at a large secondary school in Hartlepool. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

• Provide academic support to students in a range of subjects
• Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
• Support students with special educational needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Passion for education and a commitment to student progress
• Experience working with students with special educational needs
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and students
