Location: Loughborough area
Estimated Salary: £15.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension (approx. £30,000 - £35,000 per annum)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at VP Forensic. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional support to people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a 13-year-old male client with Cerebral Palsy and non-verbal communication
- Work flexible weekend shifts and potentially evening shifts during the week in the future
- Utilize the client's vehicle as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Full working rights (no sponsorship offered)
- Full UK driving license
- A strong-willed character with empathy and consistency
- Good understanding of complex behavior and brain injury
