Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Programme Lead to join our team at Ground Control. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of programmes, ensuring high-quality results, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive programme success, working closely with the Contract Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams.">
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring open communication and collaboration.">
  5. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.">
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting customer requirements and expectations.">
  7. Analyze programme performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing actionable recommendations.">
  8. Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.">
  9. Collaborate with the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across programmes.">
