Corporate Solicitor

We are seeking a driven corporate and commercial solicitor to join our team at Everpool. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of PQE and excellent IT, client care, and communication skills.

• Handling a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements.
• Providing solutions-focused advice to clients and adding value to their businesses.
• Assisting in the growth and development of our corporate and commercial practice.

• Hybrid working arrangement, with the ability to work from home and in the office.
