Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Binnies. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage assigned budget, schedule, and quality requirements to drive improvement on medium to high complexity projects.
- Lead the overall coordination and production of multi-disciplinary projects in flood, coastal, and maritime sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, joint venture partners, and stakeholders through excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior project managers in all commercial aspects of project delivery.
- Conduct Earned Value Analysis to monitor project performance and produce accurate monthly cost and spend profiles.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Project Management and/or an engineering discipline.
- Previous experience in a project management role on projects using the NEC suite of contracts.
- Experience of working on flood risk management or similar projects.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.
