Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Intervention Key Worker to join our team at Berneslai Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support families and tenants with multiple and complex needs to empower them to make sustainable changes and manage their tenancy.
  • Work closely with the local community and key partners to deliver effective support and interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Working Arrangements: This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based in Barnsley, with regular travel to other locations as required.
