Fire Safety Manager Position

Niyaa People is seeking a skilled Fire Safety Manager to oversee the fire program, manage contractors, and provide technical expertise in fire safety across their property and compliance teams. This long-term contract role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and a competitive daily rate of £600-£625.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing FRA actions and remedials
  • Coordinating with contractors and implementing procedures for the fire program
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on fire safety matters to the property and compliance teams
  • Validating fire risk assessments and offering support

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing FRA actions and completing remedial works
  • A background in social housing, preferably with knowledge of fire safety best practices
  • A relevant qualification, such as NEBOSH Fire or Level 4 fire safety
