ESG Performance Manager

A prominent industrial company is seeking an Environmental Excellence Lead to drive their sustainability agenda forward. Reporting directly to the Corporate Sustainability Team, this role will oversee the development of strategic plans to reduce carbon footprint, improve resource efficiency, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A background in environmental management or sustainability is essential, along with experience in data-driven decision making and project management.
As a key member of the organization's sustainability team, you will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement sustainable solutions, and monitor progress against established targets. This role offers a competitive salary of £54,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a contributory pension, health cover, and opportunities for professional development.
