About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Associate Dentist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a leading role in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the clinicians on site with clinical support and guidance
  • Participate in the mentorship scheme and support an overseas clinician on their journey to becoming an Associate Dentist
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the practice manager and clinical team to achieve UDA targets and improve patient outcomes
