Shangri-La, a renowned hospitality group, seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead global sales efforts. Based in Hong Kong SAR, the company has evolved from a single hotel to a diverse portfolio of properties, wellness facilities, and investment assets. As a key member of the team, you will drive sales growth and strategy across various markets.



Duties & Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the AVP Global Sales Europe to develop annual strategy plans and group sales budgets.
  • Establish clear objectives to achieve sales targets, with a focus on Shangri-La The Shard, London and regional hotels.
  • Provide exceptional support to hotel teams and handle group requests.
  • Ensure timely and efficient responses to client inquiries, adhering to group policies.
  • Conduct sales calls and maintain ongoing account plans, driving sales development.
  • Liaise with hotel executives to coordinate sales visits to the market.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and sales missions.
  • Organize familiarization trips for key hotels and participate as necessary.
  • Research new business opportunities within the MICE segment, partnering with DMCs, airlines, and tourism boards.

Position Qualifications


  • Mandatory: Fluency in English.
  • Highly Desirable: Experienced GSO sales professional working within the UK source market.
