Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team at LMAX Group. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Treasury department, focusing on back office processes and planning & operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily reconciliations of trades, broker positions, funding, and cash flows to ensure accuracy and prevent financial losses.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Cash Manager to develop and implement cash management strategies that minimize costs and optimize liquidity.
- Work closely with the Treasury Operations team to maintain sound back office operations, provide cover as needed, and ensure seamless execution of Treasury tasks.
- Assist in updating and managing client overnight FX funding, staying up-to-date with market developments and trends.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A sound academic record with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in leveraged financial trading and a strong understanding of related concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Availability to cover weekend on-call shifts.
Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
