About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative AI and Data services/features. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive and engaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
  • Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to continuously improve design quality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and goals
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain a design system
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design
  • Strong portfolio that showcases user-centered design solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
