**Network & Linux Infrastructure Engineer**

We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Linux Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Venture Up. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, robust, and secure systems to support our trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and build scalable, robust, and secure systems using network and Linux technologies.
  • Drive the deployment of infrastructure using configuration management tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and diagnose faults.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of network and routing protocols (TCP/IP, LACP, MLAG, OSPF, and BGP).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-class networking platforms (Arista, Cisco - IOS, Nexus).
  • Thorough understanding of Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower).
  • Network and Linux administration and security expertise.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical architecture and design skills, including high availability systems and networks.
  • Advanced programming and scripting skills for automation (Ansible, Python, and Bash).
