We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Rugby-based Parcel Courier client. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient sorting and delivery of parcels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations.
  • Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process.
  • Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.

Requirements:
