Salary and Benefits


The hourly pay rate for this role is competitive, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights. Our generous benefits package includes 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, pension scheme, enhanced family leave, and long service award.



Job Description


As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, efficiently working deliveries as they arrive in store, and maintaining the bakery by baking fresh goods. You will also merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products. Your tasks may vary depending on the needs of the store.
