About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surveys Sales Consultant to manage inbound survey leads and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, previous sales or customer service experience, and IT literacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log inbound leads onto CRM
  • Liaise with customers on their survey requirements
  • Supply customers with quotes
  • Take payments from customers on the WorldPay system
  • Process administration associated with successful sales
  • Report on lead sources and revenues weekly

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • IT literacy and Microsoft Office competence
  • Understanding of customer service standards
  • Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry (advantageous)
  • Self-motivation and sales drive
