Exciting Opportunity for a Construction Site Supervisor

Salary: £50k - £54k + package + 8% pension

Location: Site based

Role Overview:

We are collaborating with a prominent property services firm recognized as a leader in the industry. We are in search of a skilled and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee a Kitchen Renewal initiative involving approximately 800 residences.

This project is set to enhance living conditions and is expected to continue for an extended period. The company has achieved significant growth recently, creating ample opportunities for qualified professionals. You will be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to and manage the scheduling of short-term project tasks.
  • Oversee Operatives, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure consistent quality control and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in pre- and post-inspection activities, providing guidance on necessary actions and job specifications while assisting with design solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Compile and submit Weekly Site Progress reports for each project, maintaining electronic records for reference.
  • Ensure that upon project completion, all documentation and job packs are forwarded to the Project Manager, facilitating a smooth invoicing process and ensuring cash flow efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor in occupied social housing refurbishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Full accreditation in asbestos awareness and scaffold inspections.
  • SMSTS certification is mandatory.
  • Valid UK Driving License.
  • Current first aid certification.
