Job Title: Branch Supervisor

At Eurocell, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our Trade Branch Network team. As a Branch Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure day-to-day branch operations run smoothly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and Branch sales targets are achieved
  • Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Assist with the delivery of branch operations, including stocktakes and audits
  • Provide support and assistance to Branch colleagues as required
  • Ensure Branch team compliance with Health and Safety, company policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, while ensuring our customers always walk away happy
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and use own initiative
  • Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g., SAP)
  • A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage
  • The ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required
  • Previous branch stocktake experience could be a distinct advantage
  • Comfortable working in a small team and on occasion, alone
  • Experience within a similar role ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
