Job Title: Classroom Leader for SEMH Students

Location: Swindon
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Classroom Leader to join our team at a special secondary school in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cover in classes, leading pre-planned lessons, and supporting students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading pre-planned lessons in a range of subjects
- Providing cover in classes
- Supporting students with SEMH needs
- Working closely with the school team to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEMH students
- Ability to lead lessons and manage a classroom
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
