Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Welfare Officer to join our team at the Confederation of Service Charities. This role will involve providing medical welfare support to the armed forces community, with a focus on helping individuals access resources and services that can aid their recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for supporting those in need. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro-rata'd for part-time employees), plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, flexible working, smart health, enhanced sick pay, great training opportunities, and enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption family friendly benefits.
