We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality commercial contract drafting, working with Commissioning Authorities of Social Care Services, and providing suitable housing agreements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PQE and experience in commercial contract law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, solid awareness of GDPR provisions, and experience with Commissioner contracts and social housing provider agreements. You will also be an analytical thinker, a confident and effective communicator, and a strong collaborator.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality commercial contract drafting and negotiation
  2. Work with Commissioning Authorities of Social Care Services to develop and implement contracts
  3. Provide suitable housing agreements for social care services
  4. Review and advise on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Housing Management Agreements (HMAs)
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective contract management
