Fundraising Director

We are seeking an experienced senior fundraiser to lead our fundraising efforts and contribute to the charity's strategic goals. As Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for generating income from charitable trusts, statutory sources, individuals, schools, and parishes, while managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve income targets
- Manage a small team of fundraisers and provide guidance and support
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners
- Collaborate with the CEO, SLT, and Trustees to achieve fundraising goals
- 4 years of senior fundraising experience
- Proven track record of securing £300k+ yearly income
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small team
- 35 days annual leave + bank holidays
