Job Summary

  • Lead traditional and contemporary worship services that enable people to encounter God.
  • Develop and implement strategies for spiritual growth and numerical expansion.
  • Discern, develop, and deploy the gifts of God's people.
  • Provide encouragement and oversight to the congregation.
  • Collaborate with other church leaders to achieve shared goals.

Our congregations are located in a suburban community and a distinct village in Nottinghamshire, serving a combined population of around 12,500 people. We are a community that values spiritual growth, community engagement, and social responsibility.

Requirements

We are seeking a priest who is passionate about helping people travel on the journey to faith in Christ, from sympathetic observers to integrated disciples. You should have a strong vision for spiritual growth and numerical expansion, and be able to lead others in achieving this vision.
