**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Pratap Partnership. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining financial accuracy, employee satisfaction, and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process new starters and leavers paperwork.
- Process payroll for approximately 70 employees, weekly and monthly.
- Deal with all payroll queries.
- Liaise with external third parties.
- Implement new systems and processes.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
**Requirements:**
- Previous payroll experience is essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines is required.
- You must be computer literate with working knowledge of Excel.
