Salary and BenefitsThe starting salary for this role is £12.02 per hour, increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25 area. Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities as a sales associate will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions, and being able to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing effective solutions.
- Handling customer transactions efficiently and accurately, processing returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
- Participating in seasonal and promotional activities, contributing to in-store displays and visual merchandising, and assisting with stock replenishment and maintenance.
