Groundworker Required

We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a housing site in Sunderland, undertaking plot works, kerbing, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start work as soon as possible
  • Work a minimum of 39 hours per week
  • Hold a valid CSCS card and have previous experience in a similar role

Requirements:

  • Proof of valid CPCS/NPORS/CSCS card
  • Picture of passport or birth certificate and NI number
  • Two working references to validate previous experience
