About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Kingston Noble, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a solo provision environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standard of care.
* Supervise and lead a small team, ensuring consistent care and support for the young person.
* Support the creation and implementation of tailored care plans that address the individual needs of the child.
* Ensure the home complies with Ofsted regulations and promote a safe, nurturing environment.
* Take a flexible approach to working hours, supporting a combination of office support and long day shifts as needed.
Requirements:
* Level 3/4 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent), preferably working towards Level 5.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a children's residential setting, particularly in EBD services.
