Purchasing Department Supervisor Opportunity

CV-Library is recruiting for a Purchasing Department Supervisor to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding full-time contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities of the purchasing department, including delegating tasks and supervising teams. Key duties include:

  • Implementing key performance metrics and reports for key stakeholders' review
  • Assisting in commercial negotiations with suppliers
  • Monitoring suppliers' performance and competitiveness through relevant KPIs
Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:

This exciting opportunity comes with a salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including:

  • 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Fri, 9-5. Office based
  • 23 days holiday
  • Pension contribution matched up to 8%
  • Life Assurance 3x base salary
  • Private health scheme
