Job Description
This role involves providing growth, sales, and retention support to member dentists and their teams at practice locations. As the first point of contact for queries through various communication channels, you will create a professional impression and strive for first contact resolution where possible. You will also work closely with field sales teams to identify potential growth opportunities within practices. Key responsibilities include:
  • Taking ownership of problem-solving and dealing with challenging requests, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, rebuilding former relationships where needed, and ensuring all feedback is captured and followed up on.
  • Collaborating with Business Development Consultants to develop and grow clients by identifying sales/growth opportunities.
