Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial law department, you will be responsible for managing commercial securities, negotiating commercial leases, and advising on various aspects of commercial conveyancing.

• Managing commercial securities, including fixed and floating charges.
• Negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants.
• Advising on various aspects of commercial conveyancing.
• Drafting and negotiating Share and Asset Purchase Agreements.
• Advising on transactions such as purchases, sales, remortgaging, and transfers of both residential and commercial property.

• Must have at least 3 years PQE as a Solicitor.
• Experience in commercial law.
• LLB and a Diploma in Legal Practice.
• Strong background in commercial law and conveyancing with an interest in transitioning to commercial work.
