Opportunity Overview

This is a thrilling opportunity with a competitive basic salary (£40,000 - £50,000) and uncapped earnings potential for the right individual to join this innovative business. You will be part of a small friendly team in a company that manufactures and sells luxury van conversions as well as an ever-growing used motorhome & campervan retail business.

You will be responsible for developing and securing customer sales for both new and used motorhomes within the UK market. Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Maximise sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and hosting virtual and in-person presentations.
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Meet sales targets.
  • Have a strong knowledge of all sales administrative functions.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales team in revenue, culture and brand image.

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm) with the requirement to work alternate weekends via a rota & occasionally at Motorhome Shows.

To be successful you must have a solid and demonstrable track record in sales within an automotive or related industry (ideally within the caravan or motorhome sector) where technical selling and differentiation are critical. Other skills and experience required include:

  • Commercial acumen with strong technical sales and negotiation skills including the ability to close deals.
  • Proven experience in developing new sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Financially astute.
  • Proven team building experience.
  • IT literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook).
  • Experience at using web and internet-based platforms as a sales tool is preferred but not essential.
