Commercial Contracts Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Professional to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our commercial contracts department, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating customer contracts, ensuring that our interests are safeguarded.
About the Role
- Review and analyze customer contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with customers to secure mutually beneficial terms.
- Work closely with the Commercial Contracts Manager to develop and implement contract negotiation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that all parties understand the terms of the contract.
Requirements
- Degree in Contract Law or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and review.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
