About the Job
We are looking for a Contract Management Senior Lecturer to join our small multidisciplinary teaching team at our unique and highly professional training facility in Chatham, Kent. As a Contract Management Senior Lecturer, you will be responsible for providing subject expertise and enhancing teaching delivery, reflecting current and emerging engineering practices.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have depth of knowledge and experience to deliver construction commercial and contract content relevant to studies from the concept stage of a project until the final sign-off. This will encompass contractual and commercial complexities of Building, M&E, and Civil Engineering inputs needed, covering all levels of student academic achievement from Level 3 (trades courses) to Level 7 (masters degrees).
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MSc or equivalent working experience or teaching delivery in Contract Management
- Minimum level 5 teaching qualification, or commitment to achieve this qualification within two years of commencement
